HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW FURNITURE?
To maintain the quality of your wood furniture, do not expose it to direct sunlight or excessive temperatures; extreme changes in humidity can cause warping.
Clean with a mild soap and warm water using a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. The finish is durable and resistant to most everyday spills; however, spills should be wiped up promptly to avoid potential problems. Do not use abrasive or harsh chemicals to clean with as this may damage the finish.
Avoid placing hot dishes directly on table tops. Always protect the surfaces with coasters, felt pads or dish towels/placemats when placing items on your furniture. Use a protective pad when writing with a pen or pencil.
Dust with a dry, soft cloth.
At Huckleberry Ridge Furniture, we take pride in the high quality craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail from start to finish of a piece of furniture is meticulous. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your new farmhouse furniture, this needs to be expressed upon pickup and we will do our best to make adjustments to your order to meet your satisfaction. If we can not make it right, we will issue a full refund.
By choosing to accept your order on the day of pickup confirms you are fully accepting your order in its "as is," unique, rustic condition. Meaning you are fully satisfied to keep it forever. :)
NOTE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS We use real wood. We hand pick and inspect the wood we use in making our furniture. It is important to understand that real wood contains natural knots, grains and imperfections and can shrink, crack, bow and gap from time to time with temperature and humidity. Although this does not readily occur, it is a possibility. We feel that these natural characteristics and occurrences add rustic character that makes furniture both beautiful and unique. Likewise, wood colors obtained by staining or using paint can vary from one piece to another as each piece is one of a kind. For these reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be made on any order if one of these natural occurrences happen, as this is out of our control.
